What topic would you like to explore and why is it worth exploring?

The topic I have picked to explore is, What are the effects of images on young girls self perception? This topic is worth exploring because magazines, images, and social media are things we are surrounded and effected by daily. With increasing risks of young girls becoming unhappy with how they look based on what society says is okay has become a huge issue. Effects like eating disorders, self harm, and psychological damage are nothing to joke about, and when not taken seriously can result in even worse results. I want to bring awareness to this topic and help people to understand how much of an issue it has become.
